CWD Symposium and 2023 Pathways: Human Dimensions of Wildlife Conference
It has recently come to our attention that the 2023 Pathways Conference overlaps with the 4th International CWD Symposium. Both conferences are being held in Colorado the week of May 31. The conferences’ planning committees are working together to ensure human dimensions experts can attend and/or present at both meetings, if interested. In particular, the CWD Symposium’s planning committee is working to schedule the majority of its human dimensions-related presentations during the Human Dimensions session on June 1 and the Pathways’ planning committee is working to schedule all CWD sessions on June 3. Additionally, the committee is considering hosting a shuttle bus for all interested meeting participants to travel between Denver, CO, to Fort Collins, CO, if needed. If you are interested in a shuttle, please contact WCNR_hdnr_Pathways@mail.colostate.edu. More information will be posted when it becomes available.

The 4th International Chronic Wasting Disease Symposium is fast approaching! We hope to see you in Denver, Colorado, on May 31-June 2, and encourage you to submit abstracts and/or register at your earliest convenience.

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY: A $100 fee will be charged for symposium registration cancellations through Wednesday, May 3. Starting on Thursday, May 3, cancellation refunds will no longer be given.
RELEASE DATE POLICY: Rooms at the Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel that have not been reserved by May 1 will be released from the CWD Symposium group block and the established group rate will no longer be available. Any reservations made on or after May 2 will be subject to the current rate of the hotel rooms at the time of the reservation.
