Need to Cancel Your Registration?

Cancellation Phase One:

Prior to July 31st, 2021 

Cancellation requests must be received by CSU Conference and Event Services no later than July 31st at 11:59PM (MST). A $32.00 processing fee will be charged for each cancellation.

Cancellation Phase Two:

August 1st, 2021-September 1st, 2021

For cancellations occurring between August 1st and September 1st, 50% of the registration fee will be reimbursed.

Cancellation Phase Three:

After September 1st, 2021

After September 1st, 100% of the registration fee will be forfeit, plus the cost of any additional packages purchased (i.e., extra dinner tickets).

Registrants are responsible for cancelling their own accommodation arrangements directly with their hotel. Pathways team members are unable to assist with booking or cancelling hotel reservations.
