Vendor Parking and Set-up

  • Vendors will be set up in Ballroom CD, which is the location of all session breaks and poster sessions.
  • Vendor tables are 6’ x 30”.  If you registered as a regular vendor you will have one table, if you registered as a large vendor you will have 2 tables.  Two chairs will be available at each vendor table.
  • Vendor tables will be pre-assigned and labeled with assignments prior to set up.  If you require a specific location or amenities please contact us (har.serrm@gmail.com) to make your request by April 6.  We will do everything we can to meet your specific requirements.
  • For set up on Wednesday morning, you can proceed directly to the conference registration desk on the second floor of the Lory Student Center any time after 7:30 am. In order to park a vehicle on campus, you must have a pre-purchased parking permit or pay for metered parking. In lieu of a physical parking permit, CSU collects license plate numbers for any vehicles that will be parked on-campus in both permitted and metered spots. Visit the Visitors page on the CSU Parking & Transportation Services website for more information on how to purchase a parking permit and to explore campus parking maps.
  • Student volunteers will be available at the registration desk to help move display material from your vehicle to the Vendor area.
