Need to Cancel Your Registration?
CANCELLATION PHASE ONE:
Prior to April 5th, 2022
Cancellation requests must be received by CSU Conference and Event Services no later than April 5th, 2022 at 11:59PM (MDT). A 10% processing fee will be charged for each cancellation.
CANCELLATION PHASE TWO:
April 6th, 2022-May 20th, 2022
For cancellations occurring between April 6th and May 20th, 50% of the registration fee will be reimbursed.
CANCELLATION PHASE THREE:
After May 20th, 2022
After May 20th, 100% of the registration fee will be forfeit, plus the cost of any additional packages purchased (i.e., extra dinner tickets).
Registrants are responsible for cancelling on-campus accommodation arrangements directly with CSU Conference and Event Services. Registrants staying off campus must cancel their reservations directly with their hotel.
Tourism Naturally Conference Team Members are unable to assist with booking or cancelling hotel or on-campus accommodations.
