Such training is essential in the context of rapid changes in state of the global environment driven by accelerating population growth, energy consumption and climate change. To address this need, faculty members from Colorado State University are partnering with multiple\u00a0Indian centers of higher education and research to strengthen undergraduate and graduate education and curriculum development.<\/h6>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/3&#8243;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>GRANT OBJECTIVES<\/strong><\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: center\">Exchange knowledge, skills and technologies by sharing and extending curricula and collaborating to create new course materials<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: center\">\n<h6>Develop experiential learning opportunities for graduate students, post doctoral fellows and junior faculty members in both countries<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: center\">\n<h6>Expand opportunities for collaborative research to develop knowledge needed to sustain and address contemporary threats to biodiversity<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: center\">Share information with local communities, managers and policy makers to implement sustainable practices for the conservation and maintenance of biological diversity<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/3&#8243;][vc_single_image image=&#8221;195&#8243;
