Need To Cancel Your Registration?

Pathways Cancellation Policy:
CANCELLATION PHASE ONE:

November 30th, 2019

Cancellation requests must be received by CSU Conference and Event Services no later than November 30th at 11:59PM (MST). A $50.00 processing fee will be charged for each cancellation.

CANCELLATION PHASE TWO: 

December 1st,  2019 – February 1st, 2020

For cancellations occurring between December 1st and February 1st, 50% of the registration fee will be reimbursed, less a $50 processing fee.

CANCELLATION PHASE THREE:

After February 1st, 2020 

After February 1st, 100% of the registration fee will be forfeit plus the cost of any additional packages purchased (i.e., extra dinner tickets).

 

Cancelling Accommodation Arrangements: 

Registrants are responsible for cancelling their own accommodation arrangements directly with Brackenhurst.
