There are several options for accommodation available at Brackenhurst. For the conference, we have reserved a room block with the following arrangements (all rates per person, per night):<\/p>\n

Quad Rooms and Cottages:\u00a0<\/strong>$48.00 USD per person<\/p>\n

Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, All Coffee Breaks and WiFi included in all lodging costs at Brackenhurst.\u00a0<\/i><\/p>\n

Attendees staying at offsite property (Thayu Farm Hotel) have an automatic $40USD\/day included in their lodging rate for meals and coffee breaks at Brackenhurst. <\/i><\/strong><\/p>\n

Day-Commuters will be required to\u00a0purchase a Tea-Lunch-Tea package for $28USD\/Day for each day of attendance.\u00a0<\/i><\/strong><\/p>\n

Due to difficulties with the booking portal, all lodging reservations can now be handled directly with the Brackenhurst team.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Please be aware, Brackenhurst is a dry campus. No alcohol or smoking is permitted in private rooms.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Registrants are responsible for cancelling their own\u00a0accommodation arrangements directly with Brackenhurst if they are no longer able to attend the\u00a0conference. We thank you for your understanding.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n
