Most international travelers on their way to Wageningen arrive into the Netherlands via the Amsterdam-Schiphol Airport (AMS). From there, train is the easiest and most convenient mode of transportation for reaching Wageningen. For those desiring to drive from Schiphol, Wageningen can be easily reached by car as well.

Via Train From Amsterdam-Schiphol Airport:
After passing through customs and exchanging money (if applicable), follow the signs reading “To The Trains” from the Schiphol Arrival Hall to the Railway Station. Once at the station, tickets can be purchased to the Ede-Wageningen train station at the Service Desk or ticket vending machines. Trains from Schiphol to Ede-Wageningen depart every 30 minutes, and the total travel time is just over one hour. The train ticket costs approximately €17.
It may be helpful to purchase an OV-chipkart, which you can load before travel. Learn more about the OV-chipkart system online.
Please note, you may need to change trains at the Utrecht Station. If you do, your second train will be in the direction of Arnhem/Nijmegen.
Once at the Ede-Wageningen Train Station:
From Ede-Wageningen Station, you can either take a taxi or a bus to the Wageningen International Congress Centre. Be aware, taxis do tend to be quite expensive! The average bus ride costs approximately €3.
Directions for taking the Bus:
