She has worked for The Wildlife Trusts movement for over 25 years. Working closely with the Board of Trustees and Directors, Estelle is responsible for the strategic leadership and direction of the Trust to deliver a wilder Berks, Bucks &amp; Oxon that both restores nature at a significant scale and reconnects people to nature. Estelle believes that a healthy, wildlife-rich natural world is valuable in its own right and is also the foundation of our wellbeing and prosperity; we depend on it and it depends on us.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\" style=\"text-align: center\">Estelle is a keen ornithologist, with a lifelong passion for wildlife. As a Chartered Psychologist and Chartered Ergonomist, he founded the award-winning Nature Connectedness Research Group (NCRG) and is ranked first globally for research output and quality in his field. His pioneering work, including the &#8220;Pathways to Nature Connectedness&#8221; framework, focuses on understanding how improving our connection with the natural world can enhance both human wellbeing and biodiversity conservation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\" data-path-to-node=\"1\">Beyond academia, Richardson\u2019s research has a significant global impact, having been cited in over 140 policy documents by organizations such as the United Nations, WHO, and the UK government. He serves as a Lead Author for the UN\u2019s IPBES Global Transformative Change Assessment and has developed influential tools like the &#8220;biodiversity stripes&#8221; and the Nature Connection Index. Amy has over 25 years of experience working on large carnivores in Africa, specialising in human-carnivore conflict. She has an MSc from Oxford University and a PhD from University College London, and has published over 100 scientific papers and book chapters on large carnivore ecology and conservation. She is a member of the IUCN Cat Specialist Group, the Human-Wildlife Conflict Collaboration, the African Lion Working Group, the IUCN Human-Wildlife Conflict Task Force, and is a National Geographic Explorer.
