Proposals
Proposal submissions are closed. If you’d like to request an extension, email us as soon as possible at WCNR_hdnr_Pathways@mail.colostate.edu.
Attendees are encouraged to submit an organized session and/or individual abstract or poster. Proposals for abstracts and sessions should focus on the overall conference themes. Please adhere to the guidelines found on this website when preparing your submission.
Conference attendees are invited to present in one of three ways:
- Organized Session, Workshop, and Panel Discussion Proposals (Symposia)
- Individual Abstracts
- Poster Presentations

TIMELINE
Please follow the instructions carefully and include all requested information. All submissions must be in English. Participants will not be allowed more than one oral presentation but may be listed as a co-author of several abstracts.
June 1, 2022 — Submissions Open
January 6, 2023 — Organized Session, Individual Abstract, and Poster Deadline
Abstracts are currently under review.
January 30, 2023 — Notification of Acceptance
February 11, 2023 — Revision Deadline
February 25, 2023 — Preliminary program released on website
May 31 – June 3, 2023 — Pathways 2023 Conference at Colorado State University
