Need to Cancel Your Registration?
Cancellation Phase One:
Prior to March 18, 2022
Cancellation requests must be received by CSU Conference and Event Services no later than March 17th at 11:59PM (MST). A $32.00 processing fee will be charged for each cancellation.
Cancellation Phase Two:
March 19 – April 19, 2022
For cancellations occurring between March 19th and April 19th, 50% of the registration fee will be reimbursed.
Cancellation Phase Three:
After April 19, 2022
After April 19th, 100% of the registration fee will be forfeited, plus the cost of any additional packages purchased (i.e., extra dinner tickets).
Registrants are responsible for cancelling their own accommodation arrangements directly with their hotel. Pathways team members are unable to assist with booking or cancelling hotel reservations.
