SUBMISSION DEADLINE: march 2, 2025<\/h5>\n

Individual abstracts offer the opportunity for attendees to present their research to other Pathways attendees. Presentations will be 15 minutes in total, with 12 minutes for the presentation and 3 minutes for questions.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Submission Guidelines<\/u><\/strong><\/h4>\n

Full abstract submission instructions are available on the\u00a0Ex Ordo submission site<\/a>\u00a0(you will be required to set up an account before submitting an abstract). These instructions will walk you through the submission process.<\/p>\n

Please follow the instructions carefully and include all requested information. All submissions must be in English.\u00a0Please be aware, that participants will not be allowed more than one oral presentation but may be listed as a co-author of several abstracts.<\/strong><\/p>\n

If you have trouble submitting your abstract via the website, please e-mail us at\u00a0wcnr_hdnr_pathways@Mail.colostate.edu<\/u>\u00a0and we will work with you.<\/p>\n

Submission Acceptance<\/u><\/strong><\/h4>\n

If your abstract is selected, you will be notified with an acceptance email no later than\u00a0March 31, 2025. <\/strong>Those who are selected to present will be required to submit their PowerPoint files no later than\u00a0September 5, 2025.<\/strong><\/p>\n

REGISTRATION<\/strong><\/h5>\n

All presenters must register and pay for the conference no later than\u00a0April 22, 2025.\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>Presentation slots are limited and cancellations prohibit others from presenting their findings, so please be considerate.<\/p>\n

POWERPOINT PRESENTATION GUIDELINES<\/strong><\/h5>\n

Those who are selected to present will be required to submit their PowerPoint files to\u00a0Ex Ordo<\/a> no later than\u00a0September 5, 2025<\/strong>. We recommend uploading early. You will be able to make revisions to your presentation by logging into your online account up until midnight Mountain Standard Time on the 5th.<\/p>\n

The conference language is\u00a0English<\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0so all the abstracts and presentations must be in English. Each presenter will be allotted 15 minutes (12 minutes to present and 3 minutes for questions). Some sessions may have additional discussion time available. If you are in an organized session and the session lead has given you different instructions, then please follow those instead.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
