CANCELLATION\u00a0PHASE ONE:\u00a0 Prior to July 6, 2025<\/h5>\n

Cancellation\u00a0requests must be received by CSU Conference and Event Services no later than July 5, 2025, at 11:59PM (MST). A\u00a0$30.00<\/strong>\u00a0processing fee<\/strong>\u00a0will be charged for each\u00a0cancellation.<\/p>\n

CANCELLATION\u00a0PHASE TWO:\u00a0 July 6 \u2013 August 3, 2025<\/h5>\n

For\u00a0cancellations occurring between July 6 \u2013 August 3, 2025,\u00a050% of the registration fee<\/strong>\u00a0will be reimbursed.<\/p>\n

CANCELLATION\u00a0PHASE THREE:\u00a0 After August 3, 2025<\/h5>\n

After August 3, 2024,\u00a0100% of the registration fee will be forfeit<\/strong>, plus the cost of any additional packages purchased (i.e., dinner tickets)<\/p>\n

No\u00a0cancellation\u00a0requests will be\u00a0honored after this time, though substitutions will be allowed for\u00a0$50<\/strong>.
