Cancellation Phase One:<\/span><\/h5>\n

Prior to July 31st, 2021\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Cancellation requests must be received by CSU Conference and Event Services no later than July 31st<\/sup> at 11:59PM (MST). A $32.00 processing fee will be charged for each cancellation.<\/p>\n

Cancellation Phase Two:<\/span><\/h5>\n

August 1st, 2021-September 1st, 2021<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

For cancellations occurring between August 1st<\/sup> and September 1st, 50% of the registration fee will be reimbursed.<\/p>\n

Cancellation Phase Three:<\/span><\/h5>\n

After September 1st, 2021<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

After September 1st, 100% of the registration fee will be forfeit, plus the cost of any additional packages purchased (i.e., extra dinner tickets).[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1595025090085{background-color: #e2e2e2 !important;}”]<\/p>\n

Registrants are responsible for cancelling their own accommodation arrangements directly with their hotel. Pathways team members are unable to assist with booking or cancelling hotel reservations.<\/h5>\n
