\n\t\tStandard Monitoring Data
\n\t<\/h1>\n

We have collected hundreds of thousands of hours of acoustical data from national parks around the United States. We use these data to inform parks about sources of noise pollution, as well as to provide baseline information about the state of a park’s soundscape. This allows park officials to develop plans to minimize noise pollution issues and better manage natural soundscapes for wildlife and visitor experience.<\/p>\n

Below is a non-extensive list of acoustic monitoring reports that have been generated using data collected by us that were analyzed by student listeners working in the Listening Lab<\/a>.
