EAFB Carnivore Study

To better understand how bobcats and coyotes are using Edwards Air Force Base (EAFB), Environmental Management has partnered with biologists at the Center for Environmental Management of Military Lands (CEMML) to study their distribution across base, movement patterns, habitat use and interactions with humans. This study consists of two main projects; a Bobcat and Coyote Collar Project and a Wildlife Camera Project. The information gathered from both projects will aide EAFB Environmental Managers in future decision-making and developing management strategies.
