Accommodations

There are several options for accommodation available at Brackenhurst. For the conference, we have reserved a room block with the following arrangements (all rates per person, per night):

Single Share:

Single Room:  $93.00 USD – sold out at Brackenhurst and neighboring property

SHared Rooms: 

Twin/Double Room: $65.00 USD per person – sold out; please email the Brackenhurst team at pathwayskenya@brackenhurst.com to inquire about availability at nearby property 

Triple Room: $54.00 USD per person – sold out; please email the Brackenhurst team at pathwayskenya@brackenhurst.com to inquire about availability at nearby property 

Quad Rooms and Cottages: $48.00 USD per person

Dormitories: $43.00 USD per person

Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, All Coffee Breaks and WiFi included in all lodging costs at Brackenhurst. 

Attendees staying at offsite property (Thayu Farm Hotel) have an automatic $40USD/day included in their lodging rate for meals and coffee breaks at Brackenhurst.

Day-Commuters will be required to purchase a Tea-Lunch-Tea package for $28USD/Day for each day of attendance.

Due to difficulties with the booking portal, all lodging reservations can now be handled directly with the Brackenhurst team. 

To inquire about availability and to book your room, please email the Brackenhurst booking team at pathwayskenya@brackenhurst.com. Invoices will be issued directly to attendees upon booking.

Please be aware, Brackenhurst is a dry campus. No alcohol or smoking is permitted in private rooms. 

Registrants are responsible for cancelling their own accommodation arrangements directly with Brackenhurst if they are no longer able to attend the conference. We thank you for your understanding.
