Group Rates at Clive Booth Student Village

Clive Booth lodging offers single ensuite bedrooms in apartments of four to six with shared kitchen facilities and communal social space. Towels and bed linen are provided. The student village is a 5 -10 minute walk to the Headington Campus, which is where the conference will take place.

All apartments have kitchen facilities including fridges, ovens, microwaves, and are equipped to make tea & coffee refreshments. Please note that the kitchens aren’t equipped with cooking utensils and crockery. There are a number of irons, hairdryers, and fans available on request from the reception.

Breakfast & lunch refreshments are included within your conference package and will be available to you at the nearby Headington Campus, as well as a number of additional catering outlets and supermarkets. There is a convenience store located at the Headington campus if you need additional supplies.

The apartments are located in close proximity to Headington Hill Park and South Park, which allow for beautiful greenery and views over Oxford. The Centre for Sport is a 10-minute walk from Clive Booth Student Village and offers a wide range of facilities, including a climbing wall, fitness suite, squash courts, and AstroTurf, as well as a selection of classes.

You can easily venture into the City Center either by foot (30 minutes) or by bus (15 minutes). There are regular bus routes into the city center. St Clements Road and Cowley Road are a short 10 – 15 minute walk away and offer a range of dining options.
