Registration Rates
Full Registration | Earlybird – $470 | Full – $600
Registration fee includes attendance to all scientific sessions, conference app, and program materials, certificate of participation for the presented communications upon request, lunches, coffee breaks, and evening socials. Registration fee does not include the conference dinner, which can be purchased separately.
Student Registration | Earlybird – $335 | Full – $400
Registration fee includes attendance to all scientific sessions, conference app, and program materials, certificate of participation for the presented communications upon request, lunches, coffee breaks, and evening socials. Registration fee does not include the conference dinner, which can be purchased separately.
Single-Day Registration | $235
Registration fee includes attendance to scientific sessions, conference app, and program materials, certificate of participation for the presented communications upon request, lunch, and coffee breaks for the day of registration. If there is an evening social on the day of registration, registration includes the evening social. Registration fee does not include the conference dinner, which can be purchased separately.

Payment Information
Please note that prices are in United States Dollars (USD) because we are using a United States based bank and registration platform. You should be able to pay via bank account or credit card normally.

Cancellation
CANCELLATION PHASE ONE: Prior to 14 february 2026
Cancellation requests must be received by the Pathways Conference team no later than 13 February 2026 at 11:59PM (BST). A $50.00 processing fee will be charged for each cancellation.
CANCELLATION PHASE TWO: 14 february – 14 april 2026
For cancellations occurring between 14 February to 14 April 2026, 50% of the registration fee will be reimbursed.
CANCELLATION PHASE THREE: After 14 may 2026
After 14 May 2026, 100% of the registration fee will be forfeit, plus the cost of any additional packages purchased (i.e., dinner tickets)
No cancellation requests will be honored after this time, though substitutions will be allowed for $50. Substitute dietary restrictions after 14 May may not be able to be met.
