Full Registration | $575.00

Registration fee includes attendance to all scientific sessions, conference app, and program materials, certificate of participation for the presented communications upon request, coffee breaks, and plenary speaker sessions. Registration fee does not include working lunches or dinner. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are included in accommodation prices for the YMCA of the Rockies; dinner may be purchased separately. 

Student Registration |  $350.00

Single-Day Registration | $250.00

Registration fee includes attendance to all scientific sessions, conference app, and program materials, certificate of participation for the presented communications upon request, coffee breaks, and plenary speaker sessions. Registration fee does not include working lunches or dinner. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are included in accommodation prices for the YMCA of the Rockies; dinner may be purchased separately. 

Cook-Out Dinner Add-On | Closed as of July 6, 2025

This year’s conference dinner will be an outdoor cookout on Tuesday night (September 9, 2025).

Cancellation

CANCELLATION PHASE ONE:  Prior to July 6, 2025

Cancellation requests must be received by CSU Conference and Event Services no later than July 5, 2025, at 11:59PM (MST). A $30.00 processing fee will be charged for each cancellation.

CANCELLATION PHASE TWO:  July 6 – August 3, 2025

For cancellations occurring between July 6 – August 3, 2025, 50% of the registration fee will be reimbursed.

CANCELLATION PHASE THREE:  After August 3, 2025

After August 3, 2024, 100% of the registration fee will be forfeit, plus the cost of any additional packages purchased (i.e., dinner tickets)

No cancellation requests will be honored after this time, though substitutions will be allowed for $50. Substitute dietary restrictions after August 3 may not be able to be met.
