Aerial Challenge Course

Traverse from tree to tree, well above the forest floor. Each session begins with a 30-minute ground school that each participant must pass before entering the course. People with known heart conditions or who are pregnant may not participate. Participants must be between 35 and 250 pounds, 1.5 hours. Minimum height 4’9” for all participants.

Climbing Wall Private Rental

The YMCA 25-foot climbing walls cater to different levels of climbing from beginner to intermediate. Indoor and Outdoor Walls available depending on the season. Ages 5+, 1 hour.

Guided bird tour with Bird Conservancy of the Rockies

Join Bird Conservancy of the Rockies on a morning walk before the conference for some good bird watching and great company.

Guided Fly Fishing Trip with Sasquatch Fly Fishing

September 6th, 4:00 pm – 8:30 pm (1/2 day trip)
September 11th, 7:30 am – 3:30 pm (3/4 day trip)

Sasquatch Fly Fishing offers half-day, full- day and overnight trips suitable for all levels, equipment included. Small amounts of hiking will be required for these trips. All equipment provided. Colorado fishing license purchased separately.

1/2 day – $85/person; max – 12 people
3/4 day – $115/person; max – 12 people

On-Campus Activities
In addition to the excursions listed above, the YMCA offers many on-campus activities for guests staying on-site. These activities may include guided hikes, nature walks, tennis, mini golf, archery, swimming, disc golf, basketball, and baseball.
Please note: any field trip may be canceled and refunded prior to the conference if there is not enough interest.
