University Housing: Laurel Village

The university housing will be the closest option to the Lory Student Center, where the conference will be held. Laurel Village offers low-cost housing, with breakfast included in the cost.

Amenities:

University Housing has private rooms, double rooms, and private suites (these rooms have a shared bathroom but the room itself is private). All units have AC, a bed, a desk, a bathroom in the room (private or shared), and a closet.

Lodging includes all linens including sheets, towels, a pillow, and a blanket. Fresh linens are available at the front desk if you need extra towels, blankets, etc. A refrigerator is available in the common access area of your building. Be sure to bring all your own toiletry items as none are provided at the residence hall. This includes shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and hair dryers. Additionally, hangers and alarm clocks are not provided in the residence halls.

Private single (private room, private bathroom, single occupancy) – $84.22 per night

Shared double (private room, private bathroom, double occupancy) – $57.90 per person, per night, OR $115.80 per night for the room

Private suite single (private room, shared bathroom with one other person, single occupancy) – $81.73 per night

Best Western University Inn

Best Western University Inn is a quick 10-15 minute walk from the Lory Student Center. Best Western has group rates for the Pathways Conference for $130 per night with parking fees waived for Pathways guests. Book your room online or call Best Western at 970-484-2984 and mention the Pathways 2023 Conference. Group rates for Best Western will remain until May 2, 2023.

Hilton Fort Collins

The Hilton is a quick 10-15 minute walk from the Lory Student Center. The Hilton has two sets of room blocks, one for government employees and one for other conference attendees. Group rates for the Hilton will remain until May 1, 2023, or until rooms sell out.

Room Block

Book your room online or call 970-482-2626 and ask for the Pathways 2023 Block with the booking code MM17.  The per diem block is reserved at $ 154 per night for a standard room with either one king bed or two full-sized beds.

Government Per Diem Block

If you are a government employee and have a government-issued ID, book your room online under the government per diem block or call 970-482-2626 and ask for the Pathways 2023 Per Diem Block with the booking code MM16.  The per diem block is reserved at $ 113 per night for a standard room with either one king bed or two full-sized beds.
