Public Perspectives and Media Coverage of Carnivore Management
Objectives:
- Examine media coverage, stakeholder engagement, and public perspectives related to wolf reintroduction in Colorado.
- Examine public perspectives on hunting of carnivores for different purposes (e.g., obtaining a trophy and human safety) and using different practices (e.g., using hounds or electronic calls in mountain lion hunting).
- Examine what influences the public’s vote on carnivore conservation ballot initiatives.
