University Holiday Schedule

University holidays are distributed to each department every year from the Human Resources Office.  Non- student hourly, student hourly and work-study employees are not entitled to payment for holidays unless work is actually performed on the day of observance.  State Classified hourly employees are entitled to payment for holidays if they either work the day before or the day after the holiday.  For State Classified hourly employees that are entitled to holiday pay, it is then calculated at the end of the month in which the day was observed.
