On Form 1, specify:
Scale type (e.g., Bipolar, Unipolar)
Scale width (i.e., minimum & maximum scale values)
Distance function (i.e., D1, D2, or D3)
Power function (default = 1)
Number of simulated replications (default n = 400)
On Form 2, input observed frequency distribution
