Individual Abstract Submissions
Submission deadline: April 12, 2024
Individual abstracts offer the opportunity for attendees to present their research to other Pathways attendees. In the past, individual abstracts have been 20 minutes long. For Pathways Europe 2024, we will have a new format: presentations will be 15 minutes total, with 12 minutes for the presentation and 3 minutes for questions.
Full abstract submission instructions are available on the Ex Ordo submission site (you will be required to set up an account before submitting an abstract). These instructions will walk you through the submission process.
Please follow the instructions carefully and include all requested information. All submissions must be in English. Please be aware, participants will not be allowed more than one oral presentation, but may be listed as a co-author of several abstracts.
If you have trouble submitting your abstract via the website, please e-mail us at wcnr_hdnr_pathways@Mail.colostate.edu and we will work with you.
If your abstract is selected, you will be notified with an acceptance email no later than May 7, 2024. Those who are selected to present will be required to submit their PowerPoint files no later than October 11, 2024.
All presenters must register and pay for the conference no later than June 7, 2024. Presentation slots are limited and cancellations prohibit others from presenting their findings, so please be considerate.
POWERPOINT PRESENTATION GUIDELINES
Those who are selected to present will be required to submit their PowerPoint files to Ex Ordo no later than October 11, 2024. We recommend uploading early. You will be able to make revisions to your presentation by logging into your online account up until midnight Mountain Standard Time on the 11th.
The conference language is English so all the abstracts and presentations must be in English. Each presenter will be allotted 15 minutes (12 minutes to present and 3 minutes for questions). Some sessions may have additional discussion time available. If you are in an organized session and the session lead has given you different instructions, then please follow those instead.
