Fede Holm

Postdoc

Fede received his Ph.D. from the School of Environment and Natural Resources at the Ohio State University, specializing in Environmental Social Sciences and was a postdoctoral fellow at the University of Michigan before coming to CSU. His research interests are centered around the study of social-ecological systems, such as wildfires, climate change governance, energy development, water management, and invasive species. His current research projects apply social-ecological network analysis and computational social science tools to the study of wildfire adaptation in the face of climate change, institutional complexity associated with non-point source pollution, and aquatic invasive species management in the Great Lakes. In addition to conducting research, Fede is also the instructor of record for NRRT330: Social Aspects of Natural Resource Management in the Fall 2022.
