Design Matrix Colors

This option allows the user to change the colors of the text and background of cells in the Design Matrix.  That is, 3 types of cells are distinguished in the design matrix: those containing zeros, those containing ones, and those containing other values.  This option allows you to change these colors to suit your individual tastes.

To change the colors used in displaying the design matrix, click the File | Preferences menu choices to get the Set Preferences dialog, and select the “Set Design Matrix Colors” button.  A dialog window allows you to change the colors to suit your taste.  These colors are also saved for the next time you run MARK.

Because coloring the Design Matrix can be time consuming, an option in the Set Preferences dialog can turn off coloring of the design matrix.  Another way to speed up the processing of design matrices is to specify the minimum cell size required for the analysis, also in Set Preferences.
