Derived Parameters

Derived parameters are parameters that can be estimated given the real or beta parameter estimates.  The primary example of a derived parameter of interest is the population size estimate derived from the initial probability of capture in the Huggins data type.  Derived parameter estimates can be retrieved, and in some cases, their VC matrix is available.

Note that individual covariate values specified to compute the real parameters may affect the values of the derived parameters.
